Two programs.
One mission.

They share a coach, a calendar and a philosophy. One funds the community. One changes the family table. Most people start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Our mission
M

Move

Walking, running, hiking and body-weight strength — enough to shift how your body handles a normal week.

N

Nourish

One person learns to eat well, and the whole table changes. That is the point of coaching one household at a time.

G

Give

Running fees leave us and arrive somewhere — a pantry, a relief fund, a family having a hard year. Every transfer is published.

Sattva Reset was started by Venkat Mallasani, VK, who had never run a kilometer before 2021. Read his story →

The ledger

Every fee has a destination.

We publish each allocation once the partner confirms receipt — named, dated, and left on the page whether or not it flatters us.

Stories from the community
“I signed up to get through a 10K. I stayed because on the week my father was in hospital, four people I'd only met on Saturdays kept texting.”

Priya · Reston · Running, two seasons

Individual experience; results vary. Shared with written consent.

“Nobody took anything away. We just cook differently on Sundays now, and the rest followed.”

Marcus · Herndon · Nutrition

“My daughter volunteers at the water station. She asks about the pantry numbers now.”
